Reading week 8

In reading this week we had to read three articles from different genres and give our opinions on them.

This was the first article I read. Like most of the articles on kiwi kids news, (the website the school makes us use) it wasn't very good. It simply states that this exists and how much it costs. (14USD) It doesn't say anything about why it was made, who made it, or anything of the sort.  Also, it delays hiccups for a few hours. It doesn't stop it so the title is not true. A better title would be " straw that delays hiccups invented" Something this article has that I don't like about this site is it's terrible detail. If something has been made, it doesn't say who made it, it says "scientists have invented" instead of naming anyone.

This article is okay. It mainly exists to raise awareness for people in the area to search for the Sheep. it's more detailed, stating where the ram escaped from, where it was last scene, and more. It's still not very good, but it's one of the better articles on this site.

This article was okay, talking about where the factory was, how they got it down, and how the workplace went into lock down while getting it down. It is stated that they shot the bear with a dart to get it down and that it was then released into the wild.
