pastel art

Yesterday at school we did some interesting pastel art. There were 4 different techniques, scumbling, stippling, fearthering, and "sgraffito". My favourite was sgraffito. this is how you do it:
                                                                                             
I really enjoyed doing pastel art, and I hope we can do it again soon. have you ever done pastel art?

    Thanks for sharing this post Frank. I'm glad you enjoyed pastel art...I do too. The one thing I struggle with is trying not to smudge the pastels. Do you have this problem too?
