how to eat food in ten easy steps

Hi there. today I will show you how to eat food in ten easy steps.
1.Find what you want to eat
2. Heat up what you want to eat (if needed)
3.Put food on plate/bowl and get utensils.
4.Decide what part of your meal you will eat first.
5. Put that part in your mouth with a fork.
6. Chew 5-32 times.
7. Swallow food.
8. If needed, have some water.
9.If food is disgusting, glare at the person who provided the food.
10. Repeat steps 4-10 until no food is left.

winter sport

This winter at our school, we have done winter sport. There are 4 sports for us to choose from: Hockey, Netball, Soccer and Rugby. I was in the hockey B team. We won 3 games, and lost 12 games. Our team faced  many challenges, we played at Nunwick park, and we played on turf.  Our highlight was probably when we won our first game, In my opinion. I believe my fitness has improved by playing hockey. Personally, I didn't enjoy the season, and I was happy when the season ended. I think their should be a bigger range of sport, as not every one enjoys the sports that we had available to us. So I leave this with a question. Do you play winter sport, what sport do you play?
