1.Find what you want to eat
2. Heat up what you want to eat (if needed)
3.Put food on plate/bowl and get utensils.
4.Decide what part of your meal you will eat first.
5. Put that part in your mouth with a fork.
6. Chew 5-32 times.
7. Swallow food.
8. If needed, have some water.
9.If food is disgusting, glare at the person who provided the food.
10. Repeat steps 4-10 until no food is left.
