Ice caps: they exist

In reading this week we had to read a article. What Is a Polar Ice Cap?
In it we learned how polar ice caps are melting, why they are melting, and how to stop them from melting. Because they are melting, it has a bad effect on the world, and the animals that live on these ice caps like penguins, polar bears, and other creatures.
Here are a few ways to stop them melting.


1. Buy solar panels
2. Donate money
3.Research why they are melting
4. Use your car less
5. Instead of using your car, walk,run, scooter or bike to places.


I now better understand what polar ice caps are, and how when they melt it has a bad effect on the environment.
There are many other ways to help stop the decline of melting ice caps.
